Buying moving boxes in volume?

Removals and storage firms buy boxes continually — a trade account gives consistent pricing, and bulk quotes cover one-off contracts. Double-wall boxes reuse across multiple moves.

Moving Boxes — FAQs

What size moving boxes should I buy?
Use standard (medium) boxes for heavy items like books and kitchenware, and large boxes for light, bulky items like bedding and clothing. A mix of both, plus a few wardrobe boxes, covers most home moves.
Are double-wall boxes worth it for moving?
Yes. Double-wall cartons are far more resistant to crushing when stacked in a van or storage unit, and they can be reused across multiple moves, so they work out cheaper per use.
Do you supply removals companies at trade prices?
Yes. Removals firms and storage operators can open a trade account for regular pricing, or request a bulk quote for one-off large orders.
