Honest, no-surprises delivery. Costs and lead times depend on the product and where it's going — we confirm them clearly on every order and quote.
UK delivery
We deliver to mainland UK addresses. Costs are based on weight, volume and destination and confirmed before you pay. Remote areas are quoted separately.
Lead times
Standard lines are usually quicker to source. Made-to-order and sourced items follow the supplier's lead time, which we confirm on your quote — no vague promises.
Returns
Unused standard, non-custom items can usually be returned within 14 days. Custom, printed and cut-to-size products are made for you and can't be returned.
Please note: delivery speeds vary by product and courier and are not guaranteed unless stated in writing on your order confirmation or quote. Where a specific service (e.g. next working day) is available on a product, it will be marked as such and may carry an additional charge.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated by weight, volume and destination, and is confirmed on your quote. Bulk and pallet orders are quoted individually so you see the delivered price before you commit.
How long does delivery take?
Standard lines are usually quicker to source, while made-to-order and sourced items depend on the supplier. Lead times vary by product and quantity — we confirm a realistic timescale on your order or quote rather than promising a blanket figure.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes — we deliver to mainland UK addresses, with some remote areas (e.g. Highlands and Islands) quoted separately. Tell us your postcode for an accurate delivery cost and time.
Can I return packaging I don't need?
Unused, resaleable items in their original packaging can usually be returned within 14 days — contact us first to arrange it. Made-to-order, custom-printed and cut-to-size items are non-returnable as they're produced specifically for you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll sort a replacement or refund for the affected items. We'd rather put it right than leave you short.

Request a quote with your postcode and quantity and we'll confirm the delivered price and lead time before you order.
