About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Maximum Packaging website and any orders placed with us. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms.

Pricing

Prices shown online are indicative trade prices and, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT and delivery. Prices for bulk, custom and sourced items are confirmed on a written quote. We take care to price accurately, but where an obvious error occurs we reserve the right to correct it and confirm the corrected price before proceeding.

Orders and quotes

A quote is an invitation to order and does not form a contract until we confirm your order in writing. Quotes are valid for the period stated, and lead times are estimates confirmed at the point of order. Made-to-order, custom-printed and cut-to-size products are produced specifically for you and cannot be cancelled or returned once in production.

Delivery

Delivery costs and timescales are confirmed on your order or quote. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed service is stated in writing. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns and liability

Returns are handled as set out in our Delivery & Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our liability for other losses is limited to the value of the affected order. Questions about these terms? Email sales@maximumpackaging.com.
