Who we are
Maximum Packaging (“we”, “us”) supplies packaging to UK businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website. For any privacy questions, contact us at sales@maximumpackaging.com.
What we collect
When you request a quote, open a trade account, sign up to be notified about a product, or contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, company, email, phone number, delivery postcode and the details of your enquiry.
We may also collect basic technical and usage data (for example via analytics) to understand how the site is used and improve it.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, process and deliver orders, manage trade accounts, and — where you've asked us to — notify you when a product becomes available. We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with suppliers and couriers where necessary to fulfil your order.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@maximumpackaging.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Cookies & analytics
Essential cookies needed for the site to function are always active. We also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how the site is used. GA4 sets cookies and is off by default: it does not load and no analytics cookies are set unless you choose Accept analytics in the cookie banner. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and if you reject or do nothing, analytics stays off. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
If you accept, GA4 may process cookie or online identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location or technical request information, the pages you view, your interactions with calls-to-action, and whether an on-site search returned results. IP anonymisation is enabled.
We do not intentionally send direct identifiers or form contents to GA4 — in particular no names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, postcodes, enquiry contents, raw internal-search queries, or other form-field contents. You can opt in or out of analytics at any time using the cookie banner and the footer Cookie settings control.
